The Rev. D. C. Bates reports for the twenty-four hours from 9 a.m. this day as follows: — The indications are for easterly winds, moderate to strong. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. There will probably be a hard frost tonight. The barometer has a rising tendency.
