COUNCIL TO DECIDE. At last night’s meeting of the Masterton Borough Council, Cr. Kemp movted, in accordance with his notice of motion, that the former method of issuing taxi-drivers’ licenses —upon the recommendation of the sergeant of police—be reverted to.
