The Times Riga correspondent . .says that Moscow continues to be alarmed at Britain’s efforts to establish European tranquillity. The Soviet Press is re-publishing long tirades against Britain, whose growing Continental influence is considered dangerous to the Soviet. It is declared that an Auglo-Franco-Gerinan rapprochement must be prevented lest Britain, freed from European problems, finds leisure to thwart Bolshevist Oriental plans. —Times.
