The Times’ Geneva correspondent says that the League Council has been notified of an alarming Bolish-Lithuan-i.an affray which occurred on the night of 'Alarch Kith. Three hundred Boles, 'armed with ten quick-firers, were reported to have attacked the Lithuanian frontier guard between Kovno and Vilna, forcing them to retreat, and taking three prisoners. The Lithuanian Government requested the League to take urgent measures to prevent a renewal of the Polish attacks, ami ensure the liberation of the prisoners.—The Times.
