RIFLE SHOOTING.
BISLEY MEETING. THE KING’S PRIZE. (Received Saturday, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, Friday. At Bisley the second stage of the King’s Prize (ten shots at 300 and 600 yards) commenced this morning in bright weather Avith a strong gusty wind.
The first stage (St. George’s) was won by Corporal Borland (Canada) with a possible of 75. Matthews (Australia) was third.—Airs, and N.Z. Cable Assn. THE SECOND STAGE. (Received Saturday, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, Friday. The King’s prize, second stage (silver medal) was won by Dewar (Scotland) with 95. Nicholl (a New Zealander) made 87. —Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
