POLICE CONCERNED. TWENTY-EIGHT SHOT. (Received Wednesday, 5.50 a.m.) HONGKONG, Tuesday. The police force of 3'B Chinese'’ concerned in the recent piracy in Hongkong waters on the steam launch. Kwangtak, were shot by the Chinese authorities in the Heungshan district* —Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
