In an interview by the Central News M. Rakovsky expressed the Soviet’s earnest desire to work with Britain in the establishment of international world peace and the economic reconstruction of Europe. To achieve this end, he said, there must be co-operation between the two countries and a perfect understanding in diplomatic and economic matters. — Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
