FAST TRAVELLING.
BY EXPRESS TRAIN.
(Received Wednesday, 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, Tuesday.
The Great Western express, inaugurating an accelerated service, travelled from Swindon to Paddington, a distance of miles, in 72 minutes, and attained a speed of 83 miles an hour between Swindon and Didcot.
