nJ.'» IN A KETCH. (Received Tuesday, 12.10 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The ketch Islander, with only Capt. Pidgeon aboard, has arrived from Los Angeles after an adventurous trip. Pidgeon navigated the vessel singlehanded on the voyage, which has now lasted eighteen months. He arrived via Suva, Hebrides and will now return to Los Angeles.—A us. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
