THE ROYAL WEDDING.
PUBLIC AND THE PRESENTS. (Received Monday, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Sunday. At the King’s desire, the public will be admitted to view the wedding presents iu St. James’ Palace from March Bth, on payment, of a shilling, which will be devoted to charity. Copies of the marriage register and license will be shown in the Abbey for the same fee.
Large crowds are flocking to Sandringham, which, is en fete. The King is entertaining three thousand tenants, comprising nine villages, in honour of the wedding.
A MESSAGE TO NEW ZEALAND. The Governor-General has received the following telegram from Her Royal Highness Princess Mary in reply to the message sent by His Excellency conveying New Zealand’s congratulations on the occasion of h?r marriage: “I desire to express my grateful thanks to the Government and people of New Zealand and yourself for your kind message. ’ ’
