WEDDING.
PILMER—HOLMWOOD. A pretty wedding was solemnised at St. Matthew- ’s Church to-day, when Miss Beatrice Holmwood, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs Alan was. married to Mr Richard Pilmer, son of Mr and Mrs A. G. Pilmer. The bride was attired in a handsome wedding gown of white crepe de chine, with a court train lined with pale pink. She wore the customary veil and orange blossoms, and carried, a bouquet of white and pink flowers. She was given away by her uncle, Mr Edgar Holmwood.
The bride was attended by three bridesmaids, Miss Madge Holmwood (sister), wearing a becoming gown of primrose chiffon taffeta and, a yellow tulld hat, and two small bridesmaids, Miss Barbara Baird and Miss Barbara Tomlinson, who wore dainty frocks of organdie muslin and yellow flower wreaths round their hair. The bridegroom was attended by Mr lan Macßae as be*fc man. After the ceremony a number of re*, lations and friends were entertained at the residence of Mr and Mrs Edgar Holmwood. Later in the afternoon the happy couple left by motor car on, their honeymoon trip.
