General Wrangel’s. advance into the interior of Kuban, a great corn-grow-ing region of Russia, is tilling the Bolshevik Government with alarm. Wranged's latest ooinmjinique reports the capture of an entire regiment. A great rising has occurred against the Bolsheviks in the Ekateriuoslav district. v “SOUTH RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT.” LONDON, Wednesday. In view of the increase in his territory, and with the assent of the Cossacks, Wrangel has issued a decree nominating himself Commander-in-Chief of t-he Russian Army, and describing his Government as the South Russian Government.
