MUNICIPAL HALL TO-NIGHT. This evening the event of Carnival Week—the Hospital Ball—will be held at- the Municipal Buildings. It is understood that evening dress is purely optional. Tickets can be purchased at the door. The energetic committee', headed by the Mayoress, have been working very hard, and all arrangements are now complete. Everything pointy to the function being one of the most successful of its kind ever held in Masterton. , .......
