The Reparation Committee is preparing the issue of international bonds gnaranteef by Germany’s national resources, the proceeds of which are to lie devoted partly to the reconstruction of Germany industry, and partly to the restoration of France’s devastated regions. After the issue has been completed, Germany will be expected to make animal repayments to the nations entitled to indemnities.
