'The programme includes the ratification of the Treaty, the curbing of profiteering, Government ownership of the railroads, abolition of the nreHistrikfci legislation, /the endorsement of the Irish Republic, advance in wages whertwer it is necessary to maintain the American standard of living, and a shorter working day to prevent unemplyoment. ’
