The people in Tirana, when they beard of the murder, massacred over 350 Italian prisoners. Much anxiety is felt concerning the fate of 2000 prisoners, most of whom were captured at Valona. WAR THREATENED. ROME, Thursday. The Italians have advanced from Valona, capturing 600 insurgents. An ultimatum was issued, threatening war unless the insurgents surrendered their prisoners and retired. This expired at midnight.
