EVIDENCE PRACTICALLY COMPLETE. The special conciliation board, which is dealing with the E.F.C.A. aspects •of the railway dispute, has, it is understood, finished taking evidence, with the exception of that of a witness who has-been away, from Wellington, and who is to be called on Mo\idav next.
