A serious outbreak is.. reported in Mesopotamia. A party of tribesmen, led by Slierilian officers, attacked Tel Afar, seizing the Government buildings and killing all the Government officials, including two British officers. A number of the inhabitants "were also killed. The crews of two armoured cars who hastened lo Tel Afar next day are reported to have been captured and murdered. A punitive expedition is being sent from Mosul.
