SATURDAY HALF-HOLIDAY.
FAVOURED BY GROCERS' TTBOOJT. At a meeting of the Grocers’ Union* held this week, a resolution was passed favouring a Saturday universal lmlf-holiday. It was decided to write to the Premier on the subject, and also to Mr it. Sykes, M.P., asking the latter to give the matter his support.
