Milleraud and Signor Nitti will come to London shortly. The Daily Express states that M. Litvinolf is intriguing against M. Krassin, in order to make the latter s mission a failure, and is urging the Moscow Government that Krassin s Bolshevism is doubtful, and Ins' powers should be strictly limited. The Daily Express adds: “Krassin is a capable business man, and every member of his delegation was left as a hostage in Soviet hands.”
