TRUSTEES’ CLAIM FAILS. (By Electric Telegraph. —Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received Thursday, 9.55 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The trustees of the late John Norton’s estate claimed £17,420 from the Union Bank for'-cjiequey drawn by Harold MjClintock when he was secretary in the trustees. Plaintiffs alleged that Al.’Clintock obtained this amount without tlie authority of the trustees, Who hold tlie bank responsible. A verdict was given for defendants.
