The Zionist organisation has learned from Palestine that a group of Arabs have demanded within live days the suppression of the Zionist Commission, tho expulsion of the leaders, and the disbandment of the Jewish Battalion; otherwiso a general massacre of .Tews is threatened. The Zionist organisation states that the administration (accepted the demands which General Allenby later rejected. The Foreign Office states that General Allenby has been instructed to enquire into the circumstances and .take every precaution to inform the Arabs that tlieid demands cannot bo entertained.
