CASES IN CHRISTCHURCH. (By Telegraph' —Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. The District. Health Department has been informed that a few more cases of -influenza have occurred at Christ’s College, which is partly closed, but steps°are not - being taken to close any other scholastic, institutions in the city. While it is principally the schools that have come under public notice, there are maify a.lulte down with mild influenza in Christchurch., However, the health authorities state that no pneumonic, case has been reported. Probably there are more cases of a mild type” than would appear from the figures issued by the Department, since many patients fire lying up at home Without calling medical attention; but, according to the JN&lic Health Department, there is no cause whatever foi alarm.
