CONFISCATED WHISKY LIBERATED.
NEW YORK, January 12
Whisky for the Spanish influenza seems to'have been employed freely in Prohibition States in America. One Judge had eight hundred cases of confiscated whisky under his control, and he ordered its distribution for the benefit of patients. In South Carolina the sale of Avhisky was ordered in drug stores, and in' Georgia the ■ idea avus spreading that spirits Avere a good preventative. (Prohibition is an utterly inhumane proposal.)
