FATHER O'DONNELL.
COURT-MARTIAL POSTPONED,

The court-martial of Father O'Donnell has been fixed for Wednesday. The charge, wihch is laid under section 35 of the Army Act, is that of using disloyal words regarding the Sovereign. Mr Tim Healey, K.C., and Mr Patrick Lynch, K.C., will defend the accused.
The court-martial will be held in the Middlesex Guildhall, with a view to providing accommodation for the public.
