PREPARING TO ATTACK MONTENEGRO.
(By Electric Telegraph.—-Copyright.) (Reuters Telegranls.) BELGRADE, Saturday. It is reported that D'Annunzio is preparing a raid upon Spalato. It is stated that 15,000 troops and a naval detachment have arrived at Zara, their destination being Spalato. It is further stated that a portion of this force will attack Montenegro.
