A REGULATION BILL.

LONDON, Saturday.

In tho House of Commons Sir Auckland Geddes introduced the imports and Exports Regulation Bill, which proposes to constitute a committee to regulate the importation of goods with a view to preventing dumping, and for safeguarding the key industries and those industries affected by the depreciation of foreign currency. The objects of the Bill will also be to assist in the revival of hop-growing, provide temporary regulations for the exportation of certain goods, authorise the grant of credits and undertake insurance for the re-establishment of overseas, trade.
