j. AN AUSTRALIAN BILL

In th,e Assembly a Bill was introduced to control necessary commodities, and prevent profiteering. This will repeal the Necessary Commodities Control Act of 1914.
A Commission of three will be appointed to fix prices. Severe penalties and imprisonments are provided for transgression.
