GALLIPOLI REPORT.
"NOT ALL TRUTH."
FURTHER ENQUIRY URGED.

(Published in "The Times.")
LONDON, Wednesday.
Tho Times, in a leader, complains that the second Gallipoli report was issued suddenly, not allowing time for proper comment. It was in remarkable contrast to the sanity, vigour and balance of the interim report, perhaps because the Commission was deprived of Lord Cromer's strong lead. It gives the impression that the Commission relaxed in its determination to tell all the truth.
The Mackenzie minority report states decisively that some of the evidence was given in an over-r'eticcnt manner, and the Times supports Sir Thomas Mackenzie's request for a further enquiry iv regard to certain points.
