SYDNEY, This Day.

The Inter-State Conference of delegates of the railway unions of the Commonwealth ihas concluded.

Resolutions' were carried in favour of the railway workers in each State being granted direct and equal elective representation on the board ef management of the railway department in each State, condemning the Whitley scheme and all its variations, pledging to resist to- the utmost all attempts to introduce it among railwaymen, and - in favour of all railwaymen being granted access to industrial arbitration courts. ; ■ ■■ .
