The -New York Times' corespondent at Washington states that the .Navy Department is planning the construction of seaplanes equipped with six to eight engines for ocean (lights. The 'correspondent adds that reports lia\ c been received through official channels that British firms asv planning to build seaplanes for the trans-Atlan-tic service, equipped with twelve Kolls-1-ioyee engines.
