WELLINGTON DECISION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WiaXINGTON, Monday. Mr ,T. Michen, chairman of the Wellington branch of tho Locomotive-En-gineers, Firemen and Cleaners-' Associatoii, replying to inrjuiries, said the Wellington men had their minds quito mado up that they would .strike if the Minister refused to grant what they were 'asking for. "The Wellington men," he said, ''are ready to go out at a moment's notice. In order, however., to ininimiso the inconvenience to the geenral public, they will, before thi'v go out, give some notice of thenintention. .1 believe there is a- rumour current that the Wellington men have already made up their minds to cease work on Thursday, but I hat rumour is not correct. ''
