TOWN PLANNING.

Sir, —As the hon. organising director of the Ncav Zealand ToAvn-Planning Conference and Exhibition, of which you have already been informed, and in Avhich I knoAV you have taken great interest, I am visiting Masterton next Aveek and -will deliver a lecture on "What Town-Planning Means for the Dominion." During the lecture I shall refer to the many town-planning activities Avhich should bo carried out in Dominion towns, and especially to housing problems and Avar memorials. I shall also take the opportunity of explaining what Aye hope to achieve by our conference and exhibition in May next. —I am, S. HURST SEAGEE. Hon. Organising Director. Dept.
