-inip of the local repatriation boards .. were considered at a meeting of {he Repatriatiou Board Saturday. The fol■B| lowing appointments were made:— Auckland District Board: Mr C. J. Bishop (nominated by Trades a,-id Labour Council), Mr Joseph Stanto.-i (president, representing Second Division league), and Mr George Georg-3 ',Director of Technical Education, n.iminat--3d by the Repatriation Board !■ -;o:t'). Wellington District Board: Mr Thomas Moss (Eketahuna, nominated by Farmers 'Union). Canterbury District Board: Mr J. A. The following returned soldiers were appointed to act as secretaries to the local committees being establishe din S&e centres named: — Eotorua: Mr S. M. Hayes. Masterton: Mr A. E. Prentice. Greymouth: Mr R. J. AppleLoa. Tiinaru: Mr M. T. Eeese. ISTew Plymouth: Mr A. S. Alien. Blenheim: Mr H. M. Thomson.
