ON THE SEA.
BLACK SEA FLEET.
(Australian and N.Z. Canip Association) BERNE, Tuesday. The German Government, replying to Turkey's request for Russia's Black Sea fleet, .declared that tho Dreadnoughts and others of the best ships had been destroyed. The remainder wero rightly the booty of Germany. There was not a single vessel fit for navigation, and they would take months to repair.
