BOY SHOOTS HIS BROTHER

(By Telegraph—Prese Association.) CHEISTCIIURCH, Tuesday. Albert Jenkins, aged seven years, was accidentally shot dead by his brother, aged 15, at Waikuku, this afternoon. The elder boy was standing at the back door of his home, with a loaded gun, intending to shoot sparrows. In turning round, the trigger caught a button on his pocket, and the gun discharged, the shot striking his brother, who was five feet away, in the fact. Death was instantaneous.
