Mr P. L. Combs, M.A., in to-mor-row's lecture in the Municipal Hall, will essay a constructive "review of foreign policy, past, and future. This subject is ,sure shortly to engross the interest alike of our own people and of other nations. Proposals of peace, it may be anticipated, will increase in number. Conditions of peace may even shortly -be discussed in a very practical manner. Obviously/therefore, the lecture deals with a subject in which all are likeiy soon to be keenly concerned and actively interested, and this lecture will be perhaps-.the. most important of this year's series.
