DIVIDEND AND BONUS,

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. The general manager of the National Bank of New Zealand, Ltd., has received a. cable from the London board advising him that th e annual meeting of the bank will be held in London on July 25th, when it is proposed to declare a dividend of 6 per cent for the half-year, and a bonus to shareholders of one per cent on paid-up capital, equalling 13 per cent for the year ended March 31st last. The sum of £10,000 has been allocated to the reduction of the bank premises account, and £15,000 added to the reserve, which will then stand at £730,000.
