AMBASSADORIAL CHANGES.
(Received Friday, at 8.40 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Thursday. M. Jusserand may shortly return to France, M. Tardien, replacing him as French Ambassador here. The New York World's Washington ocrrespondent states that it is expected that Sato will not retain the Japanese Ambassadorship. In the discussion as to his likely successor, Baron Ishii is mentioned.
