PARIS, Friday
M. Balof, tho Red Cross Coinmissioiicr in Armenia, reports that he visited 45 villages around Trebizoud. Out of 834.3 inhabitants before the war, the Russians found only 067. The rest had been massacred. Out of 10,000 in Trebizoud itself, the Russian found 92. M. Balof reports that German officers and agents? directed the systematic extermination of the Armenians.
