ST. JOHN AMBULANCE.

VISIT OF MR J. B. FINLAY

Mr J. B. Fiiiliiy, of Wellington, organising secretary of the St. John Ambulance Association, will address a meeting of Red Cross workers and friends'at the Caledonian Hall On Monday, October 24th, at ;.! p.m. Mrs J. M. Coradine will preside.

A public meeting will be held at the same hall at 8 p.m., nt which His Worship the Mayor (Mr J. M. Coradine) will preside. Mr Finlay will speak on general Avar needs, and tho work that has been done by the British Red Cross Society and the Older of St. John. Mr Finlay has recently visited New Ply-mouth-and Hawera, and as a result each place tabled for a motor ambulance to be sent to the Anzacs iii France.
