'Lawrence Robinson was convicted ami discharged for failing fo attend drill, the defendant explaining thai ho was ill and had obtained medical oxentption from attending camp the samo week as the drill. lie thought this exemption would bo, sufficient. In any cast: he could not have attended drill, as ho was laid up.
