RECENT DEMONSTRATIONS.
AMSTERDAM, Sun (lay. . The "Telegraaf" says that the recent demonstrations in Germany were more serious than at first revealed. Several thousand peopje, mostly women, marched to Uerr yon Bcthiiiann Jlollweg 's residence. The windows were smashed, and the mob chased the ofHeers into a neighbouri?ig cafe, the women shouting, "Our men .are at the front; that, also, is your place.'"' The police, with swords, dispersed them.
