SOLDIER'S SUICIDE.
HANGS HIMSELF AT AUCKLAND. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Tuesday. A soldier from the Bangiotu camp named William Whelan, aged 33, was found hanging from a tree in the Auckland Domain at 4.30 p.m. yesterday. His pulse was still beating when he was cut down, but efforts to restore animation failed.
