ANTI-GERMAN RIOTS IN ROME.

PARIS, Friday

In an intervention demonstration at Rome, the police were powerless to prevent attacks on German shops. Every window in the German College was smashed. The interventionists and neutralists at Milan exchanged shots, and a number of persons were killed and wounded. Five transports with troops left Brindisi professedly towards Albania, owing to the activity of the insurgents in Austria's pay.
