FIGHT WITH THE DERVISHES.
LONDON, Tuesday.
The Press Bureau reports further successful operations against tho Somaliland Dervishes. After tho operations in November tho Dervishes retired to Shamberberris, repaired their forts, and raided tho friendly tribes. A combined Indian Contingent and Camel Constabulary attacked the Dcrrishes on February 3rd and 4th, and after a desperate resistance they captured tho forts and caves. Thirty-two Dervishes, including two headmen, vrere killed, and all tho forts and caves wero destroyed. The Dervishes havo evacuated the district.
Tho Anglo-Indian casualties were three killed and eleven wounded.
