(Received Wednesday, at 11.25 a.m.) PARIS, Tuesday. A commimiciue states: The Allies occupied a farm on the Bethune-La Bassee road, where the enemy was installed.

The struggle at Bagatelle is now centred round a forest, where the fighting is of a confused character. Both sides maintain their positions. Artillery engagements have taken place at many points. The enemy have bombarded Ypres, Fumes, and Soissons.
