MAGISTRATE'S COMMENT,
[By Telegraph—Press Association.! OIIBISTCHURCH,/Tuesday. At the Court to-day, Stewart Eussoll pleaded guilty to betting in the street. He had previously been convicted. The magistrate (Mr Bishop) said that he supposed bookmakers existed because of the public demand for them. H e inflicted a fine of £30.'
