The joint financial arrangements made by the three Allies (Britain, Russia find France) fire regarded as a corollary to and as important as the joint declaration that hostilities will not be brought to ii close unless all three Powers agree to do so. It implies the mobilisation of the gold of the three richest countries in Europe. In financial matters it is every whit as important as combination in military operations.
Yesterday's official statement declares that the three Powers have resolved to unite their financial resources equally Avith their military resources, in order to prosecute the war to final
victory.
