VANCOUVER, Friday
Vanhorne, tho German, Avho Avas arrested for attempting to dynamite the Saint Croix river bridge, informed the police that all the arrangements had been made by Germany, Avho paid for the job. The object was to stop British supplies passing over the bridge.
